About the instructor
Jenn Hogg is a 5-time US National Aerobic Gymnastics Champion, holds a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University and is a driving force in the fitness and wellness space. As the director of group exercise programs for East Bank Club in Chicago, Jenn’s mission is to elevate talent and programming through education. Jenn is a Master Trainer for CORE Health & Fitness representing Schwinn Indoor Cycling, StairMaster HIIT, Nautilus Strength, Star Trac Cardio and Throwdown. As a former studio owner and programming manager for Equinox, Jenn is a sought after consultant for large scale clubs as well as boutique fitness concepts.
