You’ll learn how to analyze demographics, recruit and support instructors, and introduce new formats in a way that ensures consistency and sustainability.

What You’ll Learn:

✔️ The Three Key Focus Areas — why strategic scheduling, operational excellence and community engagement form the backbone of your program
✔️ Demographic‐Driven Scheduling — interpret current vs. target member profiles to slot classes at peak times and unlock growth opportunities
✔️ Program Design & Sustainability — build a balanced timetable that meets today’s demand and accommodates future innovations
✔️ Instructor Pipeline & Sub Support — recruit with intention, maintain backup rosters and safeguard your schedule against no‐shows
✔️ Data‐Informed Decisions — use member insights and usage trends to refine your offerings and keep your schedule fresh
